Group Strategy Director and Strategy Director/Brand Alignment further strengthen Dubai-based brand strategy team
Dubai, June 6, 2010 - The Middle East office of Siegel+Gale, the global strategic branding firm, today announced the appointment of two senior brand strategists, further deepening the expertise available to incumbent and new clients.
As Group Strategy Director, Christina Stanfield will lead competitive strategy and identity creation for business-to-consumer, business-to-business, not-for-profit companies and cultural institutions. Also joining the team in the role of Strategy Director/Brand Alignment is Re Perez. He is charged with providing Siegel+Gales’s Middle Eastern clients with strategic yet practical solutions that make the difference between a brand that exists on paper and one that lives as a part of the organizational culture.

Stanfield spent the 1990s creating customer-facing communications and brand experiences for clients in the media, packaged goods and luxury industries, including Condé Nast, Kellogg and LVMH. After completing an MBA at Yale in 2001, she worked on brand strategy projects for organizations such as BrainReserve, Prospero Consulting, Wolff Olins, Avenue A/Razor Fish and ?What If!. Stanfield also worked on brand portfolio management projects for clients such as Accenture, Avon, GE, Johnson & Johnson, Kaupthing, McDonald’s, Merrill Lynch, Millipore, PAHO, Pepsi, Procter & Gamble, Target, Unicef and The Wall Street Journal.
Prior to moving to Dubai, Stanfield held positions that gave her the opportunity to live and work in New York City as well as in France, Germany, Iceland, India, Scandinavia and the UK. Her travels have honed her understanding of how global brands can leverage cultural differences. A prime example is her work on the re-launch of GE Money, which currently operates in 55 countries and holds over $215b in assets.
Re Perez’s insatiable appetite for brand excellence has propelled him on an upward trajectory through BrandLink, Interbrand and other top consultancies to his new role at Siegel+Gale. Throughout his career, Re has developed methodology and formalized processes to enable true integration of research, strategy, creative and change management and brought these best practices to brand managers and human resource executives. A brand strategist at heart who specializes in brand alignment, employer branding and culture transformation, Perez has consulted in a range of sectors including professional services, pharmaceutical, healthcare and technology. Client projects include Abbott Labs, AREVA, GE Money, Intel, TD AMERITRADE, Lilly, Nielsen Company, Novo Nordisk and Xerox. Born and raised in the United States, Re now lives in Dubai.
